Racing Colours Designer

Winning Colours is the brainchild of Caroline Thorogood. The office and workshop are based in converted stables at her home in rural Essex. Caroline has a life long love of horses and in particular racing and point-to-pointing. Much of her career has been in tailoring and soft furnishings and for many years she has run her own business. On Sundays in the winter she can be found either leading the field for the East Anglian Bloodhounds or team chasing around the country. In the summertime she'll be on the polo pitch playing for Little Bentley Park Polo Club. In business Caroline is aided and abetted by friend and fellow horse lover, Kate Kincaid, who comes from a background of marketing and PR.

At Winning Colours we understand just how precious racing colours are to their owners, representing a special link to their horses, jockeys and connections. Sometimes these colours will have a nostalgic value having been passed down through families for generations. With this in mind our products enable you to enjoy the colours everyday, wherever you go.

We provide beautifully made luxury products which are a joy to own and a pleasure to give. We love doing what we do and there is no doubt that our customers' on-going satisfaction is not only paramount but an important indicator that we are getting it right. Whilst our products make perfect gifts for any occasion, or to just say "thank you", we are also great advocators of spoiling yourself! Each item you order will be individually embroidered before being carefully packed and dispatched to the address of your choice. A gift wrapping service is available.

We take security very seriously and for your peace of mind all internet payments are made through a secure site.

If you prefer to order over the telephone, then please call us direct in the workshop where we can arrange for payment to be made by credit/debit cards, cheque or postal order.
